A multiplier isn't much without things to multiply
Which is why you buy lots of Blue, Purple, and Pink houses with game cash and make House Farms.
My testing game has a multiplier of 317.75% and a single Blue house pays out $1,881 per day. Regular payout on a Blue House would only be $450 per day. Since I have 61 extra Blue Houses together they pay out $114,714 per day.
People will tell you that house farms cost too much and take too much time to recoup the inflated prices. Wrong. House farms pay for themselves, then they start paying out buku bucks. I'll recoup the cost of my next Blue House in just 6 taps of my house farm.
I'm currently pushing my way up the levels to 939 by KEM farming. I'm gaining several levels per day and my income is still increasing.
And remember: I produce 150 donuts EVERY DAY in my regular game. That's enough to get an entire row of stuff from the Yearbook.
Every.
Day.
