I played the "new" scan a few minutes ago and was hoping the rewards would be different every time you play. But I'm happy anyway, at least the building won't be useless.
(I'm so glad the event's finally over, I enjoyed it, but I started playing a few days before its beggining, I've forgot how the regular game works)
