[EA confirmed] Major Bug with % Premium Items. DONT BUY THEM - THEY DONT WORK!

Hmmmm....now that I think about it, I have the same problem.

update: all other XP quests i tested are the same result. 3-5% XP isntead of 17%
details will follow.


i would wonder if EA has not seen this before...
