Did you read my edit in my last post? I tested all the numbers in your initial post and the increase was exactly the same as your conformity bonus (3.5% exactly in all cases). My results and the other guy who gave some numbers on the first page confirm this, although our bonuses were at 5%.
The premium items are granting no bonuses, and only the conformity bonus is actually being used.
