My personal conformity bonus changed while testing, so thats why i do not have a constant result.
but i think that it is proved , that the premium items do ot go into this calculation - and thats not game desingn , thats an error....
Even if i do not sum the percentages up but take them after each other i will get a higher value.
so 40 + 3.5% = 41,4 + 14% = 47 (runded down)
Even if ONLY the highest item is taken and all others ignore (Springfield sign) what would be definitiv an error,
if should be 43. not 42

To Kains Math:
What you do (i think) is to add the premium items bonus on the bonus of the Star rating and not to the job reward. Correct ?
But as the star rating is max 5% this would be nearly 0 (rounded down) in most of the times.
And on the items is written "adds bonus to jobs" and not "adds an bonus to the bonus you get by the star rating" that would be absolute ridiculous
