everyone gets this issue all the time its just a bug that they never fix.
just press continue and it loads your town usually without issues.
the bug is on occasion when you load your SF it will load somebody elses instead of your own. hopefully that person figures it out quickly and they log out. this creating for you your SF has been logged on another device blah blah blah.. and I tell you I play my SF on 3 different devices and I never get this issue when i play my 1 account on each of them.
there have been reports that sometimes you will get those that dont look and they start spending the donuts.
but if you look in the bug reports section you will find many many reports of this issue.
every time we are told oh its fixed and then it happens again and again and again, just ask any veteran here.
