First of all thank your for your reports & your detailed responses. It's thank to players like you that we can get to the bottom of these issues.
We are currently tracking a few issues that seem to have popped up after the recent **** update the main one being freezing & stuttering issues in-game. We have forwarded the date you've sent us on to our studio and are currently waiting to hear back from them on our end.
As soon as we have an update on this we will get back to you, thank you for your patience & cooperation on this. We apologize for the inconvenience caused by this issue.

Acknowledging the situation creates less "chaos" so to speak. I'm sure we will get a fix in somewhat a timely manner. They have it under control so no need to worry. Once this is sorted it will only be blissful enjoyment of the event because it is pretty good. Idk whats coming this event but by the Act 3 crafting, Im looking forward to that act the most.
