EA is looking into the lagging and freezing isues

Thanks @laffinlass, @Nixlinx . I didn't see any flattened gift box. The Xps bar will fill up, then starts from zero and fills up and repeats according to the number of levels ups I am supposed to get. When it ended , nothing happened. I waited maybe a couple of mins and nothing happened. I will do a hard close of game and when it re opened, it let me played one round of level up. I am using RTT for leveling up

At moment I am not too perturbed yet as it happens intermittently. I think is related to the current lagging of the game.
