I hadnt noticed the face in the window before, but even without that its pretty obvious they are taking the p15s. They've been doing little things for a while which are a bit forum centric in the storylines poking fun. Its never a smart thing to do, insult your customers, its a wonder the big wigs have let it slide. In the long run such strategies always bite you in the ar53.

I'd say they've already been laughing at us, in much less subtle ways.
