I don't mind the horrible odds and almost always getting something I don't need, but they really do need to update the prizes for it, and the Buddha. It would be nice to at least be able to look forward to a slightly different variety--especially considering how much has been added to the game since they started. Clicking the 5 day box has become so monotonous and robotic, I hardly notice I even got the mystery box, unless donuts magically show up once in a blue moon.
And why do you think they should change anything on the box? It might be monotonous for long time tappers and higher level players. But for those that have just started and are on low levels - hey, they might be happy and just fine with a hedge or a news stand (at least I was when I didnt have a lot of money).
Only thing is that the price of the fifth day shouldnt be less worth than the 1000$ of the fourth day. Thats weird. At least make it a few of it so it adds up to being worth 1000$
The game has grown significantly since its inception. The pool of prizes naturally should be adjusted to reflect this. There are 18 level updates and everything in between worth of content that can't be won from the Buddha or Box. A newer player wouldn't even know this w/o looking online for this information. A few of these newer items should be in the pool of what can be won. The newer players would be just as happy getting getting a peanut cart, lamp post, or some of the other decoration introduced since the game started. I'm not suggesting they change the underlying probabilities or change what the mystery box or Homer Buddha are intended to do. They just no longer adequately reflect the variety of items in the game.
