EA: quit making characters that fly across the screen!
Seriously, a third character doing this? Lt will be inventoryised along with Arnie and that uncle guy. So annoying.

The tasks you see being performed outside are random and dont reflect what your neighbour may be actually doing.
If your neighbor has a character doing a visual task, you will see that visual task. If your neighbor has a character doing a non-visible task, a random visual task is shown. So, if flying tasks are not being seen in neighbor's towns, they are not doing them.
