First of all, these were not pointless questions as they have been highly popular among the community these days. I was doing everyone a favor as people tend to chat on EA support for other reasonings like the possibility of Tapped Out 2 as stated in an older thread. Although the info provided by these EA chat support members are deemed unreliable most of the time, you never know what info they may actually know as they seem to have close contact with a specialist team and recieve updates from the developers. And the wait time was said to be like 20-25 minutes so it doesn't look like I was keeping anyone waiting. And also, these EA support members chat with multiple people at once as my friend(doesn't really play anymore) and I both contacted EA support chat at the same time and we were online with the same EA support chat member.
That almost makes it worse. While they're placating you about stuff they don't even know the real answers to, they're distracted away from a person who they could potentially really help.
