I would thank the EA customer service because they helped me with a technical problem.They solved it and I can go on with the game

- Be thankful. Some people are not nearly as lucky.
- I do not like EA support. They either went one big route making me answer all kinds of questions and then abruptly closed my case, or simply closed my case when I furnished all details out front.
- They really helped me, try to open a technical intervention. Do not ask for resolve a bug
