CG support
Why is it you can never get support from the CGs when you message them. Talking to you @Cg_leviathan

Couple of things to note.
If you're writing in with a cheat report or account inquiry, you are in a queue with many players. Since only LD and I handle all of these types of reports, it can take upwards of a week for us to review and respond.
In addition, if you add a new message to our conversation, you are automatically placed at the end of the queue-which will cause a serious delay in us seeing your message, especially when our inboxes are extra busy.
Your best bet is to wait out our response instead of 'bump' the conversation.
Eventually we will get to each message and respond.
