As mwdalton said the walkthrough is a must for level 33, as you dont want homer, cletus or wiggum on a long task in KL when they are needed in SF.

Haha me 2, i got confused tho because the screen shot i took was a couple of days ago and thought wiggum had to go on a stake out, but it turns out that homer got took in for questioning, the walkthrough had been edited so not even an hour ago i took another screen shot and deleted the other.

Yup. It was only because of Sahl's guide that I knew I had to free up Wiggum and shuttle him back to KL in order to trigger the quests.
