I don't care if, for some reason, they want a wheel/box on the side of an event. But the main prize giving should be personal and community prizes!

I'm in, the wheels, boxes etc take the fun out of the event.

I'm in! How am I supposed to design my town the way I want with random decorations and prizes? HOW?
