Mistake on earth
I stopped playing for about 5 years, my city was already big enough, now that I want to take it up, my user loads, but not my city tells me - error on earth - and returns, does anyone know what happened?

There are a few ways to try and fix this issue - several players have reported that the following has worked for this situation:

• Wait for a period of time and then try again
  
• Change your password only use letters and numbers, no symbols
  
• If connected to EA/Origin: uninstall / reinstall game (Do NOT do this if you play anonymously)

Also make sure you input your age correctly. This error may also occur if you input an age lower than the minimum for playing Tapped Out. (Age requirement may vary from one country to another).
