Event items' conformity rating changing after the event.

I'm not aware of any indication this will happen.

As far as history, occasionally a freemium item will be re-released as premium, and they add a multiplier. Look at the Duff Racer, Oscar's Obstacles, and a few other items that had that happen during this event.
