Exit Monorail, and bring in Halloween!

I've always maintained that a Monorail wouldn't work in SF, unless you're prepared to seriously redecorate. Which I am not. I'll likely end up making a small Monorail area somewhere, with just the main station, the pretty station, and a few stores in the middle. But yeah, they need to COOL IT with the back-to-back events. I need a break to save some cash.
