I agree with you that the OP is obviously obtaining massive donuts by some means. I have a couple of neighbors who make it obvious they are as well. But my question is really, why rush it? What fun is that? Why complete everything in one day which is supposed to take 10 days? The OP also has a Hot Squishy stand at level 101 according to another post.

I'm working on a project in a side town and want to get it screen capped with the fall colors - hopefully I'll be done tonight and can start this event soon after. Mark, you gotta be at the deco limit, no? Your town has been full ever since we've been neighbors. Even after I update, there's not a lot for me to do - 8500 limit is mocking me. Hard.

As far as busting through everything in one, there isn't much logic to it, but I guess to each their own. I also imagine people like this also have crap towns - just hoarders looking to acquire rather than enjoy the game - they don't have the patience to read the dialogue or wait for tasks to complete and likely don't care about design aspects. Back to your question: what's the point?
