Game:
I was playing in Be A Pro Mode and got my first hat trick at home arena and as the hat celebration is wrapping I start to get a few sound issues and then the screen went black and crashed back the XBOX main screen completely out of the game. I went back in and tried again and repeated the hat trick and same thing. I was able to recreate it 4 times. The last time I even tried deleting the saved game and starting over and it still happens. In other words it's repeatable.

Same thing happened to me twice tonight. Performed the hat trick(s) as a winger on Utah BAP on Xbox Series X, if that helps identify the issue. Unbelievable.

I personally don't know how to capture a video. I tried and this time it crashed after my 2nd goal but the video capture ended before the 2nd goal. I don't know how to publish it or make a YouTube video for it either.
Exact same problem with same equipment. All brand new. Guess that's what I get for being tired of playing the same Xbox game from 8 years ago

I just bought the console have not set up a screen record would have to be on my phone

What console are you on? I can do a search for you. For Xbox, all yo do is hit the guide button and then X. That makes a clip of the last 30 seconds.

I was able to figure out how to do the capture on my Xbox Series X but now it doesn't seem to be happening. I think thee problem was I couldn't get a hat trick in the first game as a Minnesota Wild at home against the Chicago Blackhawks like I was able to before. I ended up getting the hat trick in the second game on the road. It might have had to do with all flashing lights, hats falling, and sounds together. Anyway now that I know how to capture it I will attempt to capture the next time it happens.
