- One thing that could be done outside forum is to pay attention to your neighbours and be neighbourly :) . If they've moved a building to their landing zone, probably a good idea to tap it.

One time, long ago, I sent PMs about a glitch to everyone asking on the forum, and it got shut down before about half the people had a chance to ever use it. The "wink wink lets take this to PM" strategy bites us all in the rear. I mean, if I was EA watching for stuff like this, I certainly would ask for a PM. Seriously.
So what can we do to prove ourself worthy of good-glitch information? I got a PM from you once, when I expressed dissapointment about missing another benefitial glitch because I'm not one of the cool guys, and I exploited it fully (thanks btw, again, I'm stiill getting premium stuff from the donuts you helped med earn). But I don't have the time to post on this forum all the time: I work alot, the last few days I haven't even had time for my lunch before closing time, when I get home, I make dinner, then I might see something on TV or dvd with my girlfriend, and then it is time to go to bed. And I'm one of the lucky ones, because I can mostly play a bit while commuting to work, and sometimes even at work in more quieter times than this week. But when I don't eat, sleep work, I play TSTO, and wisit neigbors.
I also spend a lot of time on the forum, but mostly reading. Not because I don't care to contribute, but because english is not my native laguage, and although I read it almost perfectly, writing take a bit of extra thinking, time I normally spend on playing or wisiting neighbors. And by the time I realise I'm the only one who has noticed ? beneicial glitch, some else has posted it.
I really would like to know about good glitches, I exploit them with pride, and would not tell EA about them. So how can I get on glitch-list of some sort?- I had stumbled upon this glitch by accident. I did see the original post about the free donuts, but took it at face value and used it to double my donuts a few times, not realizing it could be used further at first.
As for what people are asking to make these things more widely known to other users would be very difficult. Yes, making a post so everyone can get a few instead of a few getting a lot sounds good, but if you look at the time frame from this one, when people thought it had been fixed and started posting about it until the time it was actually fixed was less than 5 hours.
Now I can't verify this, but my guess is that the information trickled out to more people over the past 10 days than it would have reached in 5 hours had it been posted openly. From the time it was mentioned until the time it was fixed in this case, most US players would have been at work/school, and many of our Australian friends would have been asleep leaving our European neighbors to benefit this time around.
And of course its 10pm on a Friday night, so I honestly don't know how much of what I just said will actually make any sense.
But of course for the EA reps reading this, I in no way condone this behavior and I think these glitches should be posted on the forums and reported immediately  - i didnt know about this, im sad, im gonna cry
i hate you all

That's a given. Seriously.
So many points/opinions... Some I agree with & others not so much.
C'est la vie.- I want in on the magic pm list but I will also stay on the lookout in the forum when I can
- why dont we make an email list? ea cant see that ;)

Until they pose as a player on the forums and ask to be put on the mailing list
In all honesty, the best solution I can come up with is to do things just like they were done, and those lucky enough to find out can let their friends know and so on down the line. But, and this is the important part, when the glitch gets fixed, there still should be no mention of it. If there were no threads stating "It was fun" or "It was good while it lasted" then nobody would know they missed a glitch and nobody would feel left out for not being told. If people are curious how their friends made out with a glitch, they can ask in PM.
If people don't know they missed out on something, then they have no reason to be upset or feel left out, and maybe next time they will be in the know and you will be left out.- Not about the glitch, but on the Daily Challenges I just got my third cash prize in a row. Let me guess that all those challenges they deleted were donut ones. 1 measly donut per day is too much for EA. Very cheap of them.

And from this mini event too
Everybody Hans 100 friends, neighbors and all different neighbors so next time share it on PM with all 100 and stop posting words or topics or tips like fight club on the board, EA is not retarted and maybe there is a spy between your neighbors
