For me, Maude is a problem because often I don't have her on task. Particularly if everyone is on 8-hours. Her 8hour task requires Homer, and I usually have him with Hugs Bunny fighting. So I leave Maude floating around unless I remember to put her on her 4-hour, but that realigns the next character on the character locator so I skip over Maude instead.
I know it's my own doing, but I do admit I lose her a lot. :(
