Finding the elf

Seriously ....

I've tried about 40/50 times to find this elf and for the life of me I can't find it!

I have the box telling me it's gone and to go and find it but I don't think he wants to be found.

Anyone else having a problem? Any tips on finding him?

    Use the gnome radar in the top right of screen (I think)

    Follow the arrow on the Gnome Radar to guide you towards him.

    There maybe a glitch with the gnome upgrade, or am i just looking at it wrong. It doesnt seem like the materials to upgrade doesnt change

    The first one has stayed at 80 ut the next 2 items have increased

    I think Krustyland here is used to synchronize your game.

    You can also do this by going to your Neighbour screen -> Re-entering your town.
