Foregiveness? Reality of Tapping Towns During Holiday Event

I'm glad I caught this. I'll keep this in mind next time I visit. May I suggest the Arnie Pie Broadcast for higher pay out per tap. I decided to add a broadcast myself to give visitors something else to tap

I think all bets are off for the events. What I'm really happy about is that 50-60 of my neighbors had ridiculous signage saying Tap Squidport tile! No all that is gone thanks to the update dropping their tiles. Forever if the had 150. It was getting silly.

I'm just grateful that my neighbors visit me at all. :)

Pretty much same for me. I look for any "stackable" buildings now, when I can, partly to make up for having so few gift bags to give out. I also went with brown houses near my depot, because they're really cheap and have short timers.

Oh Annette...you know that I am not a bad neighbor...by the way I didn't tap your tile today cause I am soooooo close to the last holiday price and I am not done with the Xmas shopping :?

What do you do if there's nothing left to tap because they're collecting all their taxes and not leaving anything available for visitors to tap on. I am only collecting handshakes and buildings I know do not pay out gift cars. I like to leave something for my neighbors to tap on. I'm not that desperate for money, at this point.

I'll forgive around holiday events, but would prefer if they tried to click something else.

i definitely agree with your sentiments. i write down everyone who drops off gifts and try to make sure they all get at least 3 every time they do. Pay it forward

what happens if you tap the Simpson house?

sometimes the only house i see available to tap is Simpsons and Flanders and brownie. am i doing some thing wrong by taping those??
