There's only a few quests for it. You did the 2 for Willie having back to back sessions at the Pub? If you did then you get notified with a ! on either Homer or the bartender stating that it was completed and to look in your inventory.

Part 3 is to send 12 characters there
Part 4 is to send 12 characters there
Part 5 you send Willie there
Part 6 you send Willie there again

Something along those lines.

I believe there are 9 total tasks, if that helps.

Ah ok thanks that's really helpful, I've only had to send Willie there once so far, he didn't say to go again!?! Hopefully when he's done taking those pesky leaves in the morning it'll come up again!

part 7 and 8 u have to send willie there

It depends who you have available to make the quest come up. I'd keep Homer and Bartender free when Willy is done with those leaves. Something about making up over another drink as the previous one was about getting in a fight. This should be the last quest, then Homer or the Bartender say to check the inventory.

Have Willie, Homer, and O'Flannigan free at the same time and they will have a dialog before you send Willie to drink at the pub again.
