ECO? Sparkling soil in planters

I just noticed that the soil in some planters have some new animation, and I have no clue what it means. Previously the planters just contained soil. Now there are moving/floating yellow spots! I found this in both the square planter and the smaller 1 plant pots, all inside a greenhouse. Soil outside is not having this animation.

I've not played the lot in quite some time, but did not see anything similar on other lots, not sure those lots had square planters, but they definitely had single plat pots.

Was it added with ECO Lifestyle?

    I've had that for a while. I think for me it came with a patch months ago. I just ignored it but it does look weird.

    I haven't seen it since the latests patch though but I haven't looked that carefully with how bugged gardening is at the moment. I don't have ECO Lifestyle, maybe that has something to do with it since you do and now have this bug and I don't? Strange nonetheless :D

    Do you have the "great soil" lot trait? That will cause a sparkle. It would be odd to only have it affect some planters and not others, though.

    Thanks! I think there is a patch I did not install yet, so perhaps it will fix the issue in my game, too :) I wouldn't mind the effect if I knew what it meant, lol.

    In fact, this specific lot is a farm, and I'm pretty sure it has the "great soil" trait. Hm... but the outdoor plots where they grow most crops do not sparkle, only the planters, and it seems only those inside the greenhouse. Might still be what causes it, though, thanks!

    PS: I checked again, and now the sparkle is gone. I noticed it before my sim harvested everything, maybe it sparkles only when there is crop ready to get harvested...
