I just had the most useless chat with someone from EA. He wouldn't listen when I explained how many players have been posting about this issue and that it seemed to start at the same time for everyone. He kept going on about how I should close my apps, and restart my phone and yadda yadda yadda. It was extremely frustrating, and I could sense that even the rep was getting frustrated because I knew more about this than they did. Man, it is so ridiculous how hit-or-miss EA's help is. Had the same situation with the donut loss glitch a few weeks back. Some had no idea what to do, others replaced my missing donuts while we chatted.
