Freezing? - Call EA
I'm chiming in here on my game freezing, but it was my Android game that froze. First time that's happened in months.

Same thing happened to me. My game would randomly freeze from anywhere between the splash screen to a couple of minutes into tapping buildings and assigning tasks. I removed that piece of track from the new terminal and the problems stop. I guess I won't be able to run two or more separate trams. :(
