Harp Freeze, EA Support, Fix, Etc

Hmph. At least you got a response from EA. I opened a ticket with them three days ago and have yet to receive a reponse of my own. Thankfully, I was finally able to get in via access to a borrowed iPhone 5 (thanks to guidance from this board), and I count myself very lucky that I was able to have such access.

I do like your resourcefulness!

This is rubbish!!! (Not your post....EA)
I have been locked out for over a week and now I can't even log in to contact them.
They need to sort their crap out.....seriously over it.
I have tried every fix suggested to no avail.
Glad I didn't pay for the game.....annoyed I paid for donuts!
