Harp Freeze, EA Support, Fix, Etc

Hmph. At least you got a response from EA. I opened a ticket with them three days ago and have yet to receive a reponse of my own. Thankfully, I was finally able to get in via access to a borrowed iPhone 5 (thanks to guidance from this board), and I count myself very lucky that I was able to have such access.

I do like your resourcefulness!
