Freezing? - Call EA
I'm chiming in here on my game freezing, but it was my Android game that froze. First time that's happened in months.

FYI - The freezing has seemingly stopped for me once I created a complete loop for my monorail. For me, the crashing was happening when the monorail went back and forth along an incomplete track. Now with the fully connected loop all seems to be well.
