Freezing? - Call EA

Moving track directly connected to the stations has helped me in my Springfield, but if I hit a neighbor that has a moving monorail it's a good chance that I still freeze.

After 2weeks of complaints you'd think EA would do something!

Mine has been freezing for nearly a week now. I am really behind with the task. I've tried it on different devices and get the same result. :(

I can't even play anymore, it freezes immediately, I tried on my phone as well, same thing, I'm two days behind now, and very annoyed.

I'm sure others have tried this, but we had luck getting my wife's game unfrozen by logging out of origin on her frozen device (2nd gen iPad) and logging back in on my iPhone 4.

Worth a shot if you have access to a second device. Her game was completely completely frozen and unplayable, but second device let her get in and break track again.

I actually popped here tonight to post a message for my neighbours ap8logising for infrequent visits due to my town freezing all the time but it seems I am not alone. I have disabled the monorail which seems to have improved things slightly but not by much. I can work in my town but any attempt to visit a neighbour now freezes my game :cry: I hope I have some neighbours left after EA fix this! Its sad that the very reason for this event is crashing it!,,,,

I'm having same issue when removing rubbish, only on certain buildings. I did disconnect my rails from each other, helped a little but hey ho!

I can't believe they don't have this fixed yet. A week almost since this thread was started and no fix :(

I have the same issue. I contacted ea via email and received a lot of useless steps that solved nothing.

I have that freezing problem now. Had it since chapter 2 of the monorail began , and it is getting worse. I was able to play an hour this morning with only 2 or 3 freezes, but then it freezes after every move i do.

And while it froze only when i did anything related to the monorail, it now freezes as well whne i do a Springfiled Heights move

I wish I made it that far, mine freezes immediately after loading game.
