Friend Points Questions

Yes, it means they haven't cleared the handshake.

I think it does yes, I have no unknowns so I can't verify, it also does say unknown for new friends you just added as well though.

You get 10 fp for the first 30 actions, then 5, then 3 etc, until you are left with 1 for the remainder. The others are all for 30 actions.

    I would look for both patterns over a few days before doing anything like defriending. If you're checking every day and there's never anything to tap, AND it still comes up as unknown, most likely that player is inactive.

    Yes, either that, or the building hasn't payed out in the first place, yet.

    Yep, and then it goes back to full points 24 hours after your first visited neighbour.
