frink points from Graffiti

I was just about to post this, as I noticed I wasn't getting FPs from handshakes, but I AM getting handshakes from cleaning graffiti. So I guess that's the priority thing to tap now that stackables are kaput.

It seems we do not
Get FP on handshakes from friends on buildings other then graffiti cleanings.

I noticed it also. It may be so they can go in and clean it themselves and earn more FP.
