Who is frink? Coming to Graffiti buildings

I think its because someone tap your building and someone else "over tap it" so it change into trinket
At Halloween it did say haunted, Xmas it been showing last persons name
Between an events it does say frink
It happen just between events!

He's been visiting my town for a while, well before yesterday's update.

that glitch has been there ever since the Halloween event ended.

That would explain why I never noticed it before... I only started playing a couple days before The X-mas event.

It doesn't work like that. Cleaning up graffiti will boost your rating, but friends graffiting you down does not lower it. It tends to drop randomly from time to time though, as some people on this forum can tell you... :wink:

Makes complete sense now. I always wondered why my Obedience rating went down every now and then even though I always caught Sideshow Bob or cleaned the Graffiti. I never stopped to think about the tasks that I am giving my criminals.
