Game crash while in you're own town?

Has anyone else had this issue recently as I just recently went
into my town and the game has crashed like 5 times or so just being in my own town.

Wondering if it was lag but if it was my connection wouldn't I just get the Bart error message screen?

If others have noticed recent game crashing voice it here.

Also maybe a bit of donuts thrown in if they don't fix this issue soon.
It's one thing for missing content but an unplayable game is worse in my opinion.

Atleast they can add it later. An unplayable game means missed prizes.

    Yes, this happens to me several times a day during this event. I'm guessing it is memory-related because it only happens to me on my phone. My iPad is fine.

    Noticed when I changed my screen sleep mode to 30minutes my game started crashing. I changed it back to 2 minutes and now it's fine e

    Not happening for me...make sure you're using an up to date device with lots of memory free! :)

    They need to restore the sleep setting to Android. If my phone sleeps while I'm in game, I have a lot of trouble getting back in, and on the occasions when I do, I experience a horrible lag. This was not a good move, EA!

    I had this problem a few months ago. I deleted 300 decorations, but my game still crashed. Finally, I hard closed my device and what a difference. I have some programs on my device that I believe drain its memory. So whenever I see this happening again, (and I have) I hard close and it fixes it.

    Agree with you 100 %, don't know who's idea it was to change the command for the game to stop the phone going into sleep mode but that person should get instant dismissal as it creates more trouble with the game if I don't manage to catch it and stop the phone hibernation, I've even had to turn the phone off and back on just to get anything to load after it accidently enters sleep withthe game still active.

    Not so much in this event, but in previous events my iPad Mini game would just crash for no apparent reason. I'd just be sitting there looking at the game (often thinking things like "What if I move this over there") and the game would crash.

    Oh, and yeah I agree about the sleep timeout. It's a nuisance.
