When tapping

Had the same issue for a couple days. Tried all the suggestions with multiple uninstall/reinstalls. Eventually it downloaded another update in-game while playing a new game anonymously.

After that I had to restart several times as it was telling me I didn’t meet the minimum age requirement during the verification code step and wouldn’t let me back out to the age entry.

I’ve had to delete, reinstall, and download the update twice now. It’s getting pretty frustrating.

It seems to be a problem with Apple devices.

My iphone has had no problems but my ipad has infinitely spinning donut. Phone is on iOS16.7 but pad is on 15.7. I can’t remember My passcode to update it ?

@4junk3000 - there's only 2 things reported as helping and you don't need to update iOS for 'em
Try a Hard Close, but you might have to do it a few times and if that doesn't work ...

Unfortunately, the delete-and-reinstall solution only worked for a while, and now I’m right back to the endlessly spinning donut on my iPhone. I have no problems getting in on my iPad.

PROGRESS!

At first, only my iPhone could login successfully; the iPad had eternal spinning donut.

I uninstalled/reinstalled on the iPad, and was able to login. Then i got a Bart screen.

Trying to log in again, i got the spinning donut. HOWEVER, i fully closed the app (swipe off the recent apps screen) then opened it THROUGH THE APP STORE. This worked successfully.

Maybe going through the App Store will work for you? Try it!

I was eager to try this suggestion, but unfortunately, it did not change anything for me. I still have a constantly spinning donut, no matter what I do. Given the number of comments about this problem, I’m guessing that it’s enough of a widespread issue that the developers are going to have to push out a software fix at some point. Maybe they’ll throw in a free Xylem to thank us for our patience…

I've not been able to get on this game in 3 days is it the same for everyone?
