Game hasn't loaded since Monday

I am experiencing this problem. ...and I've had it a lot longer than Monday. -_-

Yes, he's on Android.

I just logged into his town on my phone, so no issue on that end.

He's debating a hard reset on his phone unless anyone knows of possible fixes.

Factory reset the phone, still not able to play. Tried it without the SD card in case there was a corrupt file in there, still nothing.

I'm starting to think the problem is on EA's end and specific to certain devices.

Is this perhaps something specific to the SG3? It seems most if not all the people I've seen with this issue have this same phone..

Edit: Wouldn't a factory reset format the phones internal storage?

How do you go about that? We were both under the impression that it completely wiped out everything.

Edit: I just noticed you said his SD card. He tried running the game without the SD card in the phone, would that not accomplish the same effect?
