I wasn't having problems till today and the update doesn't help

Unfortunately, still no change with the update. That donut keeps on spinning. Hopefully, they get it with the next fix.

I flagged the late night posts that said the fix hadn't helped - hope they've been on that as soon as they got in the office today. So far only I've only read of one player updated and tapping, but the re-install got them going before the update came out !?!

At this time, updating to the new app store version looks to resolve the issue for users who hadn't run into it yet, but does not retroactively fix the issue if you were already affected.

If you are currently stuck at the "spinning donut" screen and you're not playing on an anonymous account (account is linked to an EA account), fully uninstalling the game and reinstalling should allow you to resume playing.

Again, if you play on an anonymous account (don't use an EA account), uninstalling and reinstalling will wipe your game's progress, so please continue to hang tight while we investigate the issue further. "

Well I did all the things before, could play again but now there’s another update and it doesn’t work anymore again ?

THis sucks. I have been unable to play this game for days. But it finally worked after uninstalling it and reinstalling it.
