For christmas i would like for people to stop making threads when they quit playing

Ciao LPNintendoITA, dal tuo nome immagino che giochi anche altri tipi di giochi, non pensi che la politica generale della EA games stia diventando un po' troppo disonesta? Circola non poco denaro dietro a certe stranezze. Non ? tanto il personaggio non ricevuto, come si dice: ? la somma che fa il totale :P

OP, I understand your frustration. Last year, when I was still relatively new to the game and had never heard of this forum, I lost just about everything in my town when apparently someone landed in my town by mistake. While they were in my town they sold everything I had. I had just bought new tablets to play this game, and upon loading the game on the tablet, I noticed this and contacted EA. Without resolving a thing, the rep just closed my case. I did not care for that response but just held my tongue and accepted the loss.

Any time my wife ordered donuts, we get a free secret gift with each purchase. We order the donuts through her game as normal, and every time we get the pleasure of contacting EA about why the donuts did not apply to her game but were billed to our bank. Every time. Usually, we can get what we purchased after only 8-48 very frustrating hours.

I've had to contact EA about 8 times now, and I did have one very nice experience, so 1 out of 8 isn't that bad , is it?

I don't contact them anymore. Saves me a lot of headache. Take care and happy holidays.

If it's any consolation, I keep forgetting I even have Zutroy and find myself wondering when I will unlock him. Then I remember he's already there; he's just a very boring character with a very boring quest.

In regards to your issue with EA, that does seem strange they just closed your case just like that, i would suggest starting a new conversation, although after the last update fix every town should now have Zutroy back :) I didnt get Zutroy in either of my two towns but i do now :)

Um they can type whatever language they want. You can ignore it. Where in the terms of service does it say you can only type English?
