General Store glitch
Same thing happened to me, Tried uninstalling but it didn't work, Don't know what to do!

Seems there's a cap with the general store so you can't get too far ahead anyways (2200-2600 a day, with carryovers). I just hit the cap today and can't trade anymore until tomorrow.
The cap is lifted on the 13th day of the event so you can trade like made all day with extras.
Definitely contact EA though, this issue might not reported to them. In the meantime you could try freeing up space/memory on your device to see if that helps.
