I was born in Germany with a German Dad and Scottish Mum and moved to Scotland. I am neither a Bayern or Dortmund fan, I support Hannover 96. But I support German Football as a whole.

Your reference to under 12's being better was a shot in the dark, a complete guess. You have no idea what either of the
countries under 12s, 13s, 14s 15s are like and how good they are. These results are usually not broadcasted or announced. This shows your poor understanding of the game... So make sure your knowledge is solid before you start arguing.
