Could also be his own family name.... Yes someone used to live with that name cause stuff. Some other family still lives. Who are you to judge people name? Also are you going to report every ''Adolf'' this used to be a popular name before the tirant. Also starting to get more and more popular again. 

What does this being a game have to do with how repulsive it is to glorify Nazism?

Concerning to see some of the responses in this thread, that people would so readily accept someone wanting to identify as a genocidal dictator.  I would report them in-game.   I've encountered racial slurs in gamer's names before, they must slip through I imagine, and I've just reported them in-game.  Not sure if anything was ever done

Wow, seriously??? Is this what our world has come to now? My in game name since I started gaming has been a famous German sniper. I’m pretty sure there are tons of inappropriate screen names out there.
