Yeah i think that is a great idea, although what i would really like to do is have the option to visit random towns and leave a rating.

Valve added a trading system first to TF2 and then to all of Steam as a marketplace. It has boosted the gaming economy for everyone and has lined Valve's pockets even more. Win-win.
