Gina Vendetti 4 hour task

Why is her 4 hour task (force bart to go on a date) at the top, above the 1 hour task? I'm at level 135, I finished the quest, tried putting both bart and gina in storage and took them out but it's always on top. Is it supposed to be like this for everyone or is it just me? Really annoying when I manually send my characters on 1 hour jobs :(

They seem to be having an issue with mini-quest tasks. The extra tasks for the astronaut Homer event stayed on my menu for a month or two after it was over. Maybe longer...
