Giving, Receiving, & Exchanging Items/Gifts!

I have always liked this idea but only for decorations or even a little booster feature so the person can use it to speed up building time for something and they can keep it for when they need it..if that makes sense? (They had this gift in another game I played and it was really helpful). I don't think cash or donuts is the best idea because as mentioned it has the potential to be abused.

If this was added to the game they could make it a once a week or once a fortnight thing so players don't feel like they're constantly bombarded with decorations they don't necessarily want or need..so that way it would just be a cute little thing every now and then.
