Thanks for the walkthrough!
I really like the Official Halloween HQ building, its small and has a cool overhang, and the animation is neat with multiple lights shining down off the overhang. The Great Pumpkin looks really good next to it too!
Also it seems as if Apu's "Set Up The Halloween Display" may be permanent? I finished the questline completely and still have his job available. I hope it's permanent, as I really like the animation on the HQ
