Here's my ideas for Halloween:
The event begins with the death of Willie. Maybe he's overworked or something. Anyway, he's buried by his cousin, Gravedigger Billy, who shows up as a playable character.

Then, after a 24 hour "being dead" task, Willie returns from the spirit world, but changed...

Willie becomes Nightmare Willie, and his arrival damages the barriers between the spirit world and the regular world, allowing monsters and demons to bleed through from the other side. As for Willie, he begins to use his powers to transform Springfield citizens into monsters, allowing EA to introduce a bunch of new skins, like Donut Head Homer,
