Harp Freeze? Contact EA

Like many I have had the harp freeze error going for days now. Equally frustrating is EA's lack of communicating with players (especially those of us who've paid for donuts) While venting in the forums can feel good, I'd suggest taking the following steps to get a response.

1) Contact EA directly at https://help.ea.com/contact-us You'll get a case number and form letter, but at least they'll know the problem's ongoing. You can submit requests under multiple categories (Tech Support, Billing< Feedback, etc)

2) Contact Apple. This worked for me! In your itunes email receipt is a "report a problem" link. Explain the game is faulty so you can't use your purchase and the developer won't respond. I was refunded my most recent donut purchase.

3) Contact EA via twitter @AskEASupport Mostly canned responses, but try asking for more open communication in addition to the fix.

4) Leave negative ratings and reviews on iTunes. Developers do care about this because ratings influence things like editor's pick lists, and are vital bringing in new users, and ratings shown get reset with every update.
