Harp freeze poll

I've built chemistrie and wiggam house and I'm fine (iPad 3). They keep shrinking my Xperia - twice I was 5,000 short of 120,000 and then they knocked me down so I would think it has more to do with hitting the bonus level. Kind of wish I could get harp freeze. I'd definitely trade a week or two off for a bunch of donuts.

Got out of harp freeze today, used ipad 4, left it on freeze screen for about 15 minutes and got back into game after 4 days. Picked up 900 doughnuts for my trouble. Result :D

I didn't realise how many people have been affected! I've been very lucky so far!

Got out with iPhone 4 - harped for 15 then retry connect about 5 times and then it worked.
No donoughts and lost my putt a lot so bit pissed - wont be spending any real dollars on this doggyness

I have the harp freeze for the 2nd time now, I managed to get back on after the 1st but no luck with the 2nd so far. It happens everytime I have leveled up and at the moment i'm getting no reply from ea

Now on day 10 of my freeze out. I try harping until it crashes about, oh I'd day maybe 7-8 times per day and more on weekends. Only have an ipad 3 and 1. Can't tell you pissed I am right now.

Got the freeze last night on my iphone 4s after completing el Chemistri and leveling up. I finished the play session fine, but was locked out when I tried to re-enter later that night. Tried letting the locked startup run for ~15 mins like others have had success with, but so far I've only seen the program crash after that time.

The only upside; after reading the forums I planned ahead for the freeze, just in case it happened, and spent all of the hearts I earned up until last night.

Finally swallowed my pride, and filled out their tedious request for more info that I already gave them. Now My support request has been escalated to the next department (where it will probably gather dust for another week).

I am now on day 10 of my freeze out ( no access to a iPhone 5 ) and looking at the results of this poll It is interesting in that if this is a good sampling then about 3/4 of people who reach the bonus level up in level 26 get the freeze for some period of time

I was able to try the iphone 5 fix. I normally play on an iPad 4.
After letting it sitt for 15-20 minutes it finally let me in on the iPhone.
It then entered the bonus donut screen, over and over and over and over

Luckily I set my 5 year old on it: "Look daddy, MORE donuts!" About 650
donuts later the iPhone froze. At this point I killed it and logged into the
iPad. Got one more donut game on the iPad and then things were back
to normal!
